Question about ie7 in 5728

Every time I click a link that opens a new window (not a new tab) The new
windows opens in the top right hand corner of my screen and is very small
(about the size of a credit card

Normally this issue is resolved by resizing the window and the next time it
would open to a normal size. However this does not work anymore all links I
click open new windows at this very small size.

is there a fix for this so far Ive cleaned out my browser cache and removed
all mui settings but I still have this issue.

I would like to hear from anyone who has resolved this issue

Have you tried resetting the web settings or using a System Restore point?

I'm doing that now
the problem actually started when I logged onto a secure site when it opened
a seperate small browser window for the logon, ever since all external
windows have opened as small windows.

Fixed
I fixed it by running a program called "Ccleaner" I used it to clean up my
internet explorer cache, temporary internet files, and offline files,
Everything is back to normal now
