IE7 Tab Limits?

HI all,
I have an issue on Vista Ultimate with IE7 where I get to about 4-6 tabs
open and IE will not let me open any more links or open another tab. I also
lose the right click feature in IE so I cannot click a link and select open
in new tab.
Is there a limit set to the amount of tabs that can be opened in IE7?
I don't think it is a memory issue as I have 4G of memory, a 4G USB
readyboost drive permantly and windows manages the paging.
I am getting very tired of losing my right click and getting stuck with the
limit on tabs.
Is there a fix or do I jsut go to FireFox?
cheers

I just tried and got to 13 open tabs before I got tired of trying. I also
did NOT lose my right-click functionality.

Questions:
1) Are you using 32-bit or 64-bit version of IE7?
2) Are you on a laptop?
3) Have you tried doing any kind of repair installation of Vista?

I don't know if any of those will help, but I think they are worth asking.

I'm on a desktop (dual core Opteron) with 4 gb memory.

thanks for the reply.
32bit
on a desktop
not done a repair install.
I am on a QuadCore, 4G RAM, this is a very annoying issue.
Anyone else?
