Question about Disk Defragmenter Dialog Box

My question about the Disk Defragmenter Dialog Box is what kind of files are
stored in the green colored segment called Unmovable files. What are those
files? What do they pertain to of all the files on a computer?

The green segments are system files (Windows), which include the MFT and the
Paging File. These files are considered critical to the operation for your
computer.

Thanks for your response and explanation. Another question about the MFT and
Paging File in the green zone.

Every time Windows XP is reinstalled on the same computer's hard drive does
the reinstallation place another set of the MFT and Paging File on the hard
drive?

In other words will the green zone grow larger and larger every time Windows
XP is reinstalled on the same hard drive?
