I've been using Weather Watcher, and I like it a lot, but I was wondering if
there was a program that showed weather conditions (along with the
temperature) in the system tray? Like a rain cloud, a sun, etc?

I use Weather Pulse. It puts the temp in the sys tray, but no clouds, etc.

The best one I can think of just now is Object Dock. It has a great little
weather plugin that does just as you wish.

In weather watcher you can change the colors in the tray icon to show the
weather as cloudy, sunny, etc and change the color of the font as well.

How do you do that?
