Yes, use the key you got when you signed up for the Beta 2 CPP.
:)

This seems to be only for the 32 bit version, I wonder if they're
putting the 64 bit on line tonight?

Hello SAM-R,

You should be able to. The key determines what edition gets installed and
I used my Home Premium key to install on a test system and it worked.

It doesn't ;) But your Beta 2 key will work fine.

Jane,
Where does it say to use the Beta 2 key?.

I'm not trying to be pedantic Jane, it's just that I relayed to someone (who
heard about the pre-RC1 download) that a key is required & I was looking for
a page that stated this, to convince them that if they did not have a Beta 2
CPP, or MSDN, key they were wasting their time.
Do you agree with this?.

Yes, if they don't have a key from either the CPP or MSDN, then they won't
be able to install. As far as I know, MSDN keys should work ok. I would
assume that those with Technet subscriptions would also be able to use their
existing keys.

Microsoft e-mailed me a letter last night with the announcement of
5536.
Included in that letter was a repeat of my Beta2 key with instructions
to continue using this key.
Downloaded from the Akamai site at almost 300K speed (that beats most
Torrent feeds I get)
Lost your key before, now you should have a copy. Check you SPAM
bucket if you did not get this message.

You did register before?

Jane:

The MSDN keys do work. At least the Ultimate one does.
