quesion on formulas

I am setting up a spreadsheet where I am trying to figure out profit margins
and so forth.

I am wondering, is it possible to have every line calculate the same formula
rather than having to enter it everytime I start a new line going down
vertically.

ie. sample

bought price sold for difference
30.00 50.00 (formula) - need the same
basic formula for every line

this is one line going across and will have about 100 of these lines. I do
not want to keep entering the formula every line. I would love it to do it
automatically when I enter the data

Any ideas?

if the first formula is in cell C2 enter
=B2-A2
and copy this formula down
