query problem in database

using microsoft office 2000. in Access, when i create a query, it only
includes results from records that have been entered since the last query (it
doesn't use the whole database). please help
 
What is the query source? Is it a table?

What is the criteria of your query?

Please open your query in SQL view and post the SQL text here.

Obviously there is something within the query limiting the records
retrieved, but without knowing anything about the query, it's more
than a mite difficult to tell what that might be!
