Query on expired dates

i have 300+ customers listed with dates their policies expire. how do i run a
report to show expired customers only?
 
Create a query with the date less than today. then base your report upon the
query.
let me know if this works for you.
 
That was what i needed... i new it was much more simple than i was trying to
make it.
