Filter With Many Effective & Expiration Dates

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how do I do a filter under the query criteria with many
effective & expiration dates but only want to see the values for effective
dates from X period of time.

Period: EFFECTIVE AFTER 12/01/09

Example:

Effective Expiration

1/1/09 Blank WANT TO SEE
1/1/09 2/28/10 WANT TO SEE
3/1/10 BlankDO NOT WANT TO SEE
1/1/09 1/31/10WANT TO SEE

I don't think you have gotten a reply because your question is not
clear.

why not just the criteria >1/1/09 in either the effective or
expiration column?? (or whatever date you want...)
