Query not pulling proper data

I have a querry that I set up to all Out Standing Days over 10 (>"10'), but
pulls all of the days, what am I doing wrong?

What happens when you remove the quotation marks from around the 10? Also it
might just be a typo in this post but you have double-quotes at the beginning
and a single-quote at the end.
 
Yes that was a typo. I tried to remove the quotation marks, but they keep
filling back in. I am stumpped on this one.
 
I figured it out. I had the field set as "Text" and it needed to be "Long
Integer"
