query about services.msc

Please can anybody tell me how to know which services are having
"startup type=disabled" using command prompt when i use services.msc?

i know the method of GUI screen.
also i tried this command on command prompt "net start" (ignore
quotes") but his is giving only the services that are started.

i want the services that are disbled.

Please anybody to help me?
