Dear Sir or Madam:

My name is Imran Chagani and I am using your operating
system (Windows XP). I want to ask you a question that if
I am an administrator and create a user account, how I
can allow the user that he cannot access to control
panel, cannot access to desktop properties, cannot use
RUN command and cannot use My Documents folder. He is
only allowed to use applications that are installed in
Windows XP.
