Hello everyone! Please help. I am creating a Thank You Receipt and would like to create a query for those who donate only one time a year. Also I would like to link the name and addresses of the people. Thank you all so much.

1. The main spread sheet has a Prefix Column, First Name Column, Last Name Colum that needs to be imported to the spreadsheet letter. Also, I have a Column for one time donations that needs the query for the spreadsheet letter.

still not that much detail. But to create a mail merge letter based on
Excel see:
