Queries - Assistance

I am having difficultly creating a query for a database on Access. My data
base has a data entry form that asks a series of aprox 32 questions with yes,
no, n/a and TBD responses. I would like to be able total the number of yes
and no for each person and then calcuate a percent of yes vs. the total of
yes and no combined. Any suggestions on how to figure this out would be
great. I do not know visual basic and hope that this can be done without
knowing it. Thanks

You talked about your form but not about the table and fields where the data
is stored. That information is necessary to give a response that is not just
a SWAG.
Sample data also would help.
