Using Outlook 2000 (SP-3; 9.0.0.6627) from Office 2000 in Win-XP.

How can I create a quarterly appointment (recurs every three months, like
the tenth of January, tenth of April, etc.)? It looks like that's not
possible, only weekly, monthly, or annually.

Suggestions are welcome.

Micheal.

Set up the meeting/appointment then use the Recurrence option. Set the
meeting to recur monthly, then move to the box where you can set the
interval to 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. months. It is next to the day/week/month
selection under Recurrence Pattern.

Thanks a lot! I'd never noticed that interval setting.
