Quarintined files

I accidentally quarintined my music files after a virus
scan. Can someone please tell me how i can retrieve these
files. Thank you
 
Go Tools > Spyware Scan > Manage Quartine Items > Select the particular
folder or files and click at the bottom "Un-quarantine all checked threats".
