QUARAINTINE IN SPY WARE

My Microsoft Antispyware has quaraintined a virus, but when I try to go to the
quaraintine portion to zap it, my spyware freezes, but only in the
quairantine
section.
What should I do?

It is most likely spyware and not a virus since Microsoft AntiSpyware looks
for spyware and not viruses.
