Quality of support

I am the only one that sees that there is a growing trend at MS support to
frustrate and deny support to users. If you have ever tried to get support
they use the tactics of keeping you on hold fro looooonnng periods of time
and when you do get to a person they tell you that you need to contact
someone else. I spent 5 hours on the phone yesterday getting batted from one
tech support to another because I wanted to rid my computers of MSN Gaming
Zone. I called again today and the tech support people put me through to the
Corporate office where there was no one to answer the phones so I was told to
press 0 for the operator. The operator then told me I must go through Tech
Support even though I told them I was sent there by Tech support. I for one
am glad every time I see that MS is being sued because if ever a company
needed to be broken apart it is MS. When they refuse to allow me to control
what I install on my computer they are out of control and we need to get the
government anti trust folks to disassemble this congolmerate.
God willing lawsuits against the Bully named MS will succeed and they will
once again be supportive of the users of there software.

Imagine that. You could have gone to a search engine, typed in remove
Microsoft MSN Gaming Zone, and you would have an answer. What will they
think of next.
 
The Zone software is easy to install and remove.
What you seem to have missed, is if you have Zone software on your computer,
you or someone else installed it.
