QoS Packet Schedular?????????????

I recently got the Panda antivirus 2005 when I download it once the computer
reboots I lose my internet connection??? So I told the tech staff at Panda
and they told me to disable the Qos Packet Schedular?? The problem is I can't
seem to find it to disable it it's not in the network connections where it's
suppose to be so I don't know where to look any ideas??? I've had a hell of a
time looking for it and why wouldn't it be in network connections that's
where they said it would be pleae help!!!! Brian

Look in Administrative Tools>Services

Also right click on your network connection and select properties.
