Q828075 security patch

I am trying to install this patch from WU. First, I
checked in I.E. 6.0sp1 to see if already installed. Was
not listed. Went to WU site and this update is not coming
up during scan. Downloaded update from download area and
ran the executable. Get message saying I must be running
Win2000 sp3/sp4. I am already running sp3. What gives? It
won't install. How do I get this much-needed security
patch? Many thanks to all!
