Hello,

where can i get this patch ?

Q815411_WXP_SP2_x86_DEU.exe

I would like to download it directly from Microsoft,
because of security reasons.

There is no download possibility in the Knowledge Base-
Article and i don't want to install SP 2 (includes the
patch).

Please help me.

You need to do like the article states and call Microsoft Product Support
for it. It is not available as a general download as it is not regression
tested. It is only sent to those who have the conditions described in the
article.
