Q283902 - Files and Folders Reappear After Deletion in a Cached Profile

Although I found where MS confirms this is a problem, I
can not locate the fix.

Has anyone corrected this problem, and can you please
share the fix for my use?

Looks like the "Server puts it back" problem does not have a fix yet.
Work around would be to delete while attached to server so changes are
saved on server too.
