[Q] How to send a data packet to a PDA via GRPS instantly?

Hi,

Our application needs to send a packet of instant data to a PDA with GRPS
network. There isn't IP address in the PDA. Is there any solution?

The only thing I can think of is, if your PDAs GPRS modem permits, send an
SMS to the SIMs phone number.
SMS is not guaranteed to be instant or even to arrive, but nothing else that
I know of will reach that unit without knowing the public IP of the PDA.
