Q: Creating a hyperlink to a worksheet?

Is there a way to hyperlink to a worksheet?

So, in one worksheet, I have a cell with some text that
hyperlinks to another worksheet. Double-clicking on that
text puts you to the linked worksheet. This would all be
in the same workbook.

That works, thanks Frank.

As a follow-up, I want the users to be able to "click
back" to the first worksheet. Right now, the only way I
see to do that is to show the "web" toolbar, then click on
the blue back arrow. Seems a bit kludgy. Is there a
keyboard shortcut to go back 1 level in history?
