Q 822925 cause other problem for popup windows

Hi, we have a web based application, after i installed the
patch the base url is one directory up from what it used
to be. ie when i click a link i use a relative url to open
a new window but now i get 404 since the url is incorrect
it happends only on machines with the mentioned patch.
Does anyone experienced something of this nature?
The problem occurs when running javascript to the open
popup window.
Does Microsoft have a new patch for that issue?

It doen't cause that problem for me.
Did you turn off your anti-virus before downloading the patch?
