Use the RBFG utility in \\servername\REMINST\Admin\i386 If they are 3Com nics, try using 3Com's pxe boot floppy: http://www.3com.com/products/en_US/result.jsp?selected=5&sort=effdt&order=desc&sku=3CMBA-D (copy the URL into your browser if it breaks, it ends with "3CMBA-D").
