The file c:\windows\system32\rlkpaup.dll has been
infected with the PWS.Hooker.Trojan virus. Norton can
not fix it, and told me to delete this file and replace
it if necessary. I do not know if I need this file, and
if I do, how do I replace it. Also, I need to know how to
delete it.

Thank you for your help.

.

i dont know for sure if you need the file, but if you
find out that you do not, restart your computer and press
f8 after you see the BIOS screen then you will have to
log in in safe mode with the adminster account on your
computer. then you can replace the file from there.
otherwise the windows prtection will not let you delete
the file and replace it. microsoft seems to like making
stuff harder and harder to do instead of easier....
