putting messages back on server

When I was setting up a POP3 account in Outlook 2002, I forgot to select the
"Leave message on server" option, but I need them all on the server. Is there
anyway I can put them back up, now that they've all been downloaded and
deleted from the server?
 
You'd have to forward the messages back to yourself.
 
I was hoping there would be a faster way. Oh well.
