Putting "About Microsoft Office Access" on custom menu

I want to put the Help, "About Microsoft Office Access" on my custom menu,
but cannot figure out how, any ideas?
 
Get into the "Customize..." mode and hold the Control key down while you
drag it from the standard Menu Bar and drop it onto your Custom Menu.
