How can I put a password so that nobody can open outlook but me. I thought
it was on profile but....

Thanks for the help

It's in Account / more settings / security
if you have outlook 2003 or later

File-identities-manage identities, check "require pasword"

Sometimes Outlook Express would open without asking for a password.

Of course, this has nothing to do with Outlook and is worthless.

RIght-click the root of your PST. Choose Properties. Select Advanced.
Click Change Password.

Outlook has no File>Identities>Manage Identities. Outlook Express does.
