Hi!

Just wondering if it's at all possible to put the whole desktop into another
window?

Basically, if I choose another manager than EXPLORER.EXE to start at boot,
is there a way to still have the EXPLORER desktop in a window?

I don't see why it would be difficult... Virtual Desktop software will allow
it to be bigger than the screen, so why not smaller???

Surely it's possible; however, I've never heard of software that enables
it. Will be interesting to see what appears as a result of this
question. I suppose it's the same thing that one gets on remote access
to the desktop of another machine.

What I'm considering is building a media PC using a multimedia application
as the default file manager, access to MP3, TV, etc. with the ability to
launch the desktop if necessary. Definately would simplify the user
interface 95% of the time on such a machine.
