My monitor is a KDS Xtreme Flat Screen
OS is Win XP Home
Latest update on video drivers

Whut could cause this, any idea and how can it be

Do you have another electronic devise close to your
monitor? Desktop speakers perhaps? It may be electronic/
or magnetic interference.

Somebody may have spilled ink on the monitor??? Were you
watching a lot of video with secret witnesses?

If you can borrow a different monitor and you have the same
problem, you have isolated the problem to the cable or the
computer...then try a different video card. Have you
degaussed the monitor lately?
