purge

i cant get my folders to automatically purge deleted or
moved items. it strikes a line thru them until i manually
tell it to purge. i wish they would just disappear when i
delete or move them.
 
Is this an IMAP account? What version of Outlook?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, chadwick asked:
