Purchasing a true type font and using in PP?

Hi there,

I like the look of TW cen font (Tru Type) - and want to use it in my PP show
- What's the process with this? Do I purchase it and then somehow apply it to
PP and 'embed' it so that the users of my cd rom can view it?

You'd purchase the font and install it into Windows (Control Panel, Fonts).
Once you do that, it'll be available to all of your Windows programs, PPT
included.

You can then use it in your presentation and ... POSSIBLY ... embed it in the
PPT file so that ... POSSIBLY ... people who open the file automatically can see
the presentation in the correct font.

Sometimes I must sound like Marvin, The Paranoid Android. Pain in all the diodes
down left side and a sense of gloom and doom strong enough to bring down anyone
within eyeshot of my ascii.

Looking at the bright side, if you're sending the presentations to a Windows-using
audience and the font has sufficient embedding privileges, embedding it will work
very nicely indeed.
