Pulling infomation from a table to a form.

Hello, I am trying to pull information from an Access table to use in a form
using the same database. The process I would like to see is when certain
information is type in field #1 the remaining five fields would fill in with
the appropriate information. I have try look-up columns and experiment with
subforms; in certain cases only the information in field # 1 is shown.
Occasionally the required information appears but disappears when I go to the
next record, or a warning message indicates duplicate information from field
# 1.

the second reply from Allen. He's been a great resource and his explanation
for "using a combo box to find records" is great! Works and does exactly
what you want. GOOD LUCK!
