Pull down menu capabilities?

L

Laura

I'm running FP2002, and am hoping there is a way to create
a pull down menu (the type where when you place the cursor
over the main category, it drops down a menu to choose
other pages from, of which you can click and be
redirected).

I have no clue on how to achieve this, and would
appreciate any help anyone could offer. I've done the
link bars through a (first time tried) navigation system,
and don't seem to have any luck in what I'm looking for.

Any suggestions, please???

Thank you much,
Laura

The usual term for these is "DHTML Menus" and FP2002 has
no capability to create them.

FP2003 doesn't have a specific DHTML Menu too either, but
it does have a have a pair of tools (Layers and Behaviors)
that you can use to create DHTML menus. So, one approach
might be to upgrade, and then follow the instructions at:

Creating DHTML Menus in FrontPage 2003

A third approach involves purchasing a third-party DHTML
Menu editor. You can find billions of these by searching
google for "dhtml menu javascript" or by browsing

respage=jscript#dhtmenu
