Pull down list in subject line

eCAn i put a pull down list inside the subjct line whereby
I can select from a list of text strings to prefix the subject line of an
email
 
To do that and not mess up the messages for non-Outlook recipients would require a custom Outlook form with some VBScript code behind it.
