Puduct Key went Bad

I had the stanges thing happen the other day the Windows Genuine Advantage
failed to start and caused the windows vista Pruct key & activation to fail
causing me to reload vista ultimate Upgrade edition just to have the
activation to fail again
Microsoft online chat support fixed it giving me a new key. but geesh I hope
the new one last more that 29 days I'm not sure what's going on.
 
It still doesn't explain why after 29 days and 2 reinstalls why the WGA in
vista didn't start up where the logo is in the system window there was a
busted shadow box and the Active X control was damaged Yeah the new key fixed
it but if I have to reinstall because something corrupted windows Vista I
reinstall how do I get past the Key entry correctly when the disc would be
looking for the old key

Guess it's like swiss cheese - full of holes. Please make sure to use it
before the expiry date or else you'll have nothing but problems.

This is yet another example of how buggy WPA does not stop piracy, but
instead treats customers as criminals and causes problems for paying
customers.
