publishing web, changes not showing up

Hello! I hope someone can help me. I am using Front Page 2002. When I go to
Publish Web after adding on a hyperlink to the left border navigation, it will
not show me the new additions I've made. If I change something in the body of
the page, it will show me the changes after I Publish Web. Every time I add a
new hyperlink to the navigation to show I've added a new page, I click on
"Publish Web" just as I have for every other change and when I go to look at my
website the change is not showing. I've refreshed my site, I've gone and
cleared my cache in case that was the problem but it is still not showing. I
get the message that says I have published successfully but when I click on
"show your published page the new hyperlink is not showing up. Thanks in

Try running a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks before you publish
- also make sure your publish options are for changed pages and the affected files are not marked as do not publish

FYI
Some hosts (like AOL) cache there serve content so it may take a while for the changes to be visible
