Publishing to PDF

What is need to publish to PDF formats from Excel, and are there any general
VB macros to achieve this?
 
If you go to File pull down menu, you can select the Print option and then
select the acrobat writer driver.
If you don't select print area it will create a PDF file of the entire
sheet.
Hope it works for you
 
Open office is a great tool. You could also use Adobe Acrobat or any other
pdf creation tool such as win2pdf
