Publishing problem-conflict

I am having major problems with my website, when I go to publish and the
publish web box appears next to each file under status it says conflict. My
computer crashed a few months ago however I even tried to recreate some of
the pages and I am still getting this conflict error. When I go thru and
publish it for some reason it completely wipes out my site from the web. I
need help ASAP. Thanks,
 
Make sure you have at least once selected the Publish All option
