Publishing ONLY changed pages

When PUBLISHING my web, I select "publish only changed
pages", but in fact, it has always published the entire
web. This takes about 30 minutes and is a huge waste of
time. Has anyone resolved this problem?

If you are using Shared Borders, FP Include Pages or Themes and make changes that effect any of the
above, then all page using these items will be re-published.

Hi Dennism,

When you use other elements of FP such as shared borders, themes etc. making a simple change can affect the entire web sites pages.
