When I view my webpage in the FP browser, it looks fine,
but once I've published it, the formattting gets messed up
and the pictures take a long time to load. What's causing
this?

The Arch 1.jpg is 1536x2048 pixels and
has a file size of 545kb.
Use an image editing program
to resize it to the actual size you are using on your page.
and it will reduce it to approximately 18kb.

As for the formatting. you've used the space bar to position
some items on the page. Different font settings in browsers
will cause the spaces to expand or contract, which causes
items in the page to shift.

Your pictures are HUGE!!!. Find a editor that will cut the size by at
least 70%.

Your table cells with copyright line and your header are way too wide.
Experiment with table cell widths.

Other than that, it looks fine.
