Publishing in Word

I've got a report that has borders, lines and text placed
just where I want them. I am using the "Publish It with
MS Word" button to transfer the report to a Word
document.

The problem is that when I do that, I loose all the
borders and lines.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

I would just like to save the report separate from the
Access Database and have it look the same. It doesn't
necessarily need to be a Word document.

Thanks,

Jennifer

I use a program called CutePDF to print the report.
Cute PDF installs on your computer as a printer.
It's free.
When you print the report select CutePDF as the printer and it will create a
PDF file that will retain all the lines etc.
