publishing in frontpage

I've created a webpage in frontpage and want to publish
it. When I go to Publish Web I get a message saying "an
unexpected exception occurred." The message come while
the files are being copied.

You have to create a Web (site) first then create new pages within the Web.

File | New -> Web
this will create all the other files and folders necessary, then you edit the index page and add other pages. You can also bring in the loose page you've created already so you've not lost anything.
