I need to tranfer a lot of front page webs from one computer to
another. Is publishing down from the web the easiest way to accomplish
this?

I have tried using the export from web feature, but these are large
sites and this feature is not picking up the entire site.

How did I publish a site from the web down to my computer.
I am a beginner so step by step instructions would really be appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any help
Lou

Thank you both for the link, the link is not working now, has this page been

How to publish a FrontPage Web from a remote server to a local computer

Try it again - it's working for me.

P.S. Please keep some of the previous post in your reply so people will know
what you're referring to. Thanks.

If the computers are networked, publish from one to the other.

To publish from the internet: requires FrontPage installed on the new
computer.
Open the remote site in FrontPage, File->Open Site, type in
http://domainname.com
when web is open, File->Publish type in name of a folder on the hard drive.
