Publishing a site with .NET Visual Studio

I would like to be able to upload my website to a live server from within
..NET Visual Studio. I know macromedia dreamweaver has functionality where
it lets you upload your site to a live server.

I could invoke an FTP application from Tools, External Tools inside .NET
Visual Studio. However, this option would not let me upload only the files
that have recently changed.

Does .NET Visual Studio have functionality to publish web sites? Any ideas
"outside of the box"?

Check out VS2005 or Visual Web Develepor - they both have syncing with FTP
sites as a feature
