PUBLISHING A REPORT

Is there a way to make lines, boxes and pictures on an Access report
visible in Word when you use Tools, Office links, Publish with Word?

In a word No.

If Word is the preferred output medium set up a word
document (in Word) and merge the database information into
the appropriate spots.
