Publishing a report from Access into Word

I run a report in Access and then click on an icon to publish the report to
Word in Rich Text Format. The Word document loses formatting and chops up
the data and headers in no discernible pattern.

Specs: Access 2000, Word 2002 SP2

I cannot re-create the error using Word 2000.

I cannot re-create the error using Word 2000.

I think you will find it easier to do your report in Word using Access
as the data source. At least I have found it a lot easier that way and I get
better more professional results.

Have you tried using the Reports in Access? It makes really nice reports.

Yes I have and most of my reports are Access reports, but when I want
something really special (like official tax forms) I used Word.
