Publishing a Form for our Organization

OK, I have a question I am hoping to get some help on. I designed a
custom task form for use in our small organization. It will not be
used in public folders, but in our personal folders, as we assign
tasks back and forth, etc. I published the form and it looks and
works great. I created a new task based on the form and assigned a
task using it to a co-worker, but when he got it the tab I designed
was not there. I assume it is because I did not publish it to him.
My question is what is the best way to do this? I read here
http://www.outlookcode.com/article.aspx?id=34 that the best thing is
to publish it to my Organization Forms library on my exchange server.
I read here http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=244591 how to create
forms library, but when I try to publish to the folder called
Organizational Forms Library, I get an error message that says "An
erro ocurred while going to this folder".

Can someone guide me as to how and where to publish this so we can all
use this? If I just copy the form to everyone's Task Folder, will
that do it?

Also, I don't want to replace the default task form that is used for
tasks, but I would like to be able to click on the new button and then
select from the task forms that are possible for the form.

Thanks!

What version of Exchange?

FWIW, this is a server problem and you'll get the best answers in the
exchange newsgroups.
